AlphaRange

Privacy Policy

AlphaRange provides liquidity-pool calculators, pool discovery, saved simulations, paid web features, and mobile access to analytics workflows. We collect the minimum information needed to operate the service, verify access, and keep account-bound workflows available across sessions.

We do not use camera, microphone, photo library, contacts, health, location, OCR, transcript, or AI model processing in the AlphaRange iOS app.

The initial AlphaRange iOS release is free and has no purchase, subscription, paywall, checkout, or payment flow. Its dedicated policy is available at /ios/privacy.

Information We Process

  • Account identifiers such as email address, wallet address, session id, and plan status.
  • Saved simulations, watchlists, tracked LP positions, alert settings, and notification preferences.
  • Public blockchain data, including wallet and pool addresses, token balances, LP position state, and transaction hashes.
  • Web payment and entitlement records, including Stripe customer status and crypto payment intent status.
  • Basic operational logs needed for security, abuse prevention, debugging, and service reliability.

Service Providers

  • Cloudflare hosts the app, APIs, database, scheduled jobs, and related operational logs.
  • Stripe processes web card payments where available.
  • Alchemy and public blockchain RPC/indexing providers may be used to verify on-chain transfers and LP position data.
  • Google may process sign-in data if you choose Google OAuth on the web app.

How We Use Information

  • Provide calculators, scanner results, backtests, saved setups, watchlists, alerts, and account-bound Pro features.
  • Verify web subscription, Stripe, and on-chain payment entitlements.
  • Detect stale data, fix ingestion issues, protect the service, and improve reliability.
  • Communicate service status or account-related notices when you opt into a notification channel.

Retention and Deletion

  • Saved simulations, watchlists, tracked positions, and notification settings remain until you delete them or request deletion.
  • Operational logs are retained only as needed for security, debugging, compliance, and reliability.
  • You can request account or data deletion by contacting support.
